If you are looking for a way to differentiate yourself from your competition, take a look at Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa Rangali Island. They invite guests to sleep underwater.
Last week, in my conference for the Réseau META Québec-Lévis, I was telling the attendees that they need to be original to differentiate themselves. I found on Luxist.com this perfect example of originality.

The world’s first undersea restaurant opened 5 years ago this month at the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, and to celebrate the anniversary the restaurant is offering guests the chance to not only eat under the sea but sleep under it as well. The 12-seat restaurant will be converted to a private bedroom suite for two, complete with private champagne dinner and breakfast in bed.

As you can see, you can be creative by combining two services that you already offer.
Hilton is an hotel. They have rooms. This particular Hilton has an undersea restaurant. They combined both services and created an undersea room for their guess.
Transforming a restaurant in a bedroom every night involve some logistic. However, The idea is simple.
You can do something similar, by combining two services that you are already offering. It could help you be original and different.
